To many of you this man needs no introduction. Founder of western Canada's biggest psytrance festival, Motion Notion, and one part of the crazy trio Psy Amigos , James consistently packs the dance floor with a wild assortment of psy ranging from quirky progressive to all out raging full on.
Having traveled the world for inspiration on the best way to throw parties he has successfully done up Motion Notion and amazing 10 years in a row now. This year's festivals undoubtedly going to be one of the best ones yet.

We've been listening to you Winnipeg so we've finally stepped up to the plate to deliver what some of you have been asking for some time now.
Winnipeg Psychedelic is pleased to present our first all night, multi-venue, 16+/18+ party! We're invading both Pure Night Club and the River Osborne Community Center to bring you a party on a colossal scale!
4 total rooms of music between the two venues that runs from 8pm - 6am. Those of you who are atleast 18 years of age can wander back and forth across the street between the two venues on a single ticket price.
As if that weren't neat enough - we're bringing in a real pioneer of the genre we so lovingly call psytrance for a LIVE performance with synths, effects gear and the whole shebang! Dado, aka Frédéric Holyszewski, repeatedly woos crowds and longtime fans to the beat of his new productions. These range from his solo projects as Deedrah, as he is known in the circuit for 15 years now, or the most recent of his bands formed little over 2 years ago, the KromeAngels. He stands to face anywhere between 5 to 30 thousand eager fans on a gig!!
Once in the scene in the mid 90s as a self-made rock band, Vision Quest, Dado met Christophe Drouillet with whom he would form the legendary group Transwave. Only 3 months later they release the first album under a small French label Transpact. In only 2 years they reached mind blowing success releasing 3 albums. Be prepared for the 4th album by Transwave which has already received great preliminary feedback from fans all over the globe http://myspace.com/transwave
In 1997 Dado created QuestionMark records. The first Deedrah album, Self-Oscillation, was released under this label, as well as three compilations The Groovebox, Anologique and Digitale. The first album Cypher was released with the cooperation of TWISTED Records UK. Under the QuestionMark's label he would cooperate with artists like TSUYOSHI, SUZUKI, ASTRAL PROJECTION, SID SHANTI, AVI ALGRANATI, TOTAL ECLIPSE and also remixes for THE DELTA, HALLUCINOGEN, or KILLING JOKE. As if it were not enough, Dado also created another alias SYNTHETIC initially releasing the fantastic Metalgear EP with TWISTED Records. later releasing a first album on SOLSTICE MUSIC and not the least, DANDANdDADO where the epic Diamond Dust came to life!
Dado also came together with DMT NAKOV and SERGE SOUQUE of Total Eclipse to form GBU who played in the most important festivals of the techno scene like sonica, the Glade Festival and the Solstice music festival in Tokyo . Later he was contracted by Sony to compose the opening tune and sound effects of the Ps2 game Grand Turismo 3 .
Loyal fans will be pleased to know that he is hard at work with new Deedrah material to be released early 2010.

Tickets go on sale at Friday, February 19th at Kustum Kulture, Urban Boutique and Urban Bakery.
Tickets will get you into both Pure Event Center and the all night rave.
You must be atleast 18 years of age with proper ID to get into Pure Night Club.
You must be atleast 16 years of age to get into the all night rave at the Osborne community Club.
Pure opens it's doors at 8pm and goes until 2am
River Osborne Community Center opens at 9pm and goes until 6am
For those of you wishing to attend only Pure the price at the door is just $10.
Your Pure pass will be upgradeable to go to the rave for just $20 afterwards should you choose to do so. That's right - for those of you who go to Pure first to drink up a storm you can go across the street and party the rest of the night away and catch the grandfather of psy himself for the total cost of an early bird ticket.
